Dr. Lisa Reino, a native of Dunbar, Vancouver, is a highly accomplished dentist with a passion for transforming smiles and empowering lives. With a strong educational background, she obtained her B.Sc. in Psychology from UBC, followed by her DMD in 1993. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Dr. Reino further honed her skills through a one-year residency in hospital dentistry. She also pursued specialized training in smoking cessation and oral cancer screening, ensuring comprehensive care for her patients.

In 1996, Dr. Reino embarked on an exciting journey as she acquired False Creek Dental Centre. Since then, she has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental services to her patients, combining her expertise with a warm and compassionate approach. Her first day at False Creek Dental Centre was on the rare date of February 29th, 1996.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Reino has actively contributed to the dental community. She has been a clinical instructor at the UBC School of Dentistry, sharing her knowledge and expertise with aspiring dentists. Additionally, she is part of their mentorship program, guiding and inspiring the next generation of dental professionals.

When not at work, Dr. Reino embraces an active and fulfilling lifestyle. She finds joy in skiing, downhill mountain biking, Olympic lifting, and Crossfit. She also has a deep appreciation for live theatre and indulging in tasting menus. In her downtime, you can find her singing in the shower and enjoying the company of her two cats, Xena and Zorro, as well as her 11-year-old daughter, Kate.

Dr. Reino’s unwavering commitment to her patients, combined with her continuous pursuit of knowledge, community involvement, and zest for life, sets her apart as a trusted and compassionate dental professional.

Since 2006, Dr. Wang has been making her mark in the field of dentistry, equipped with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from UBC that laid the foundation for her successful career.

With a passion for dentistry that spans over 17 years, Dr. Wang brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our practice. She has undergone additional training in various dental specialties, including Botox, Invisalign and Esthetic Bonding, enabling her to deliver comprehensive smile transformations.

At False Creek Dental Centre, our primary focus is on preventive dentistry, emphasizing the importance of regular check-ups and proactive oral health care. Dr. Wang firmly believes that a healthy smile is the foundation for overall well-being. Through personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, Dr. Wang ensures optimal oral health, helping individuals maintain their natural teeth for a lifetime.

Dr. Nicole Morgan is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist with a passion for providing quality dental care. She has been serving patients at FCDC since May 2023, bringing her experience and dedication to every aspect of her work.

Dr. Morgan graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Dental Science degree. Her dedication and commitment to her studies earned her the distinction of being first in her class. Dr. Morgan furthered her education at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, and graduated in 2018 with a primary care diploma and membership in the Faculty of Dentistry.

Dr. Morgan’s passion for making a difference in underserved communities led her to participate in a dental elective in Kenya. During this experience, she provided dental care to those who otherwise would not have access to it. She also had the opportunity to provide dental care for the Inuit population in Nunavut from 2022 to 2023, expanding her understanding of diverse patient needs.
Dr. Morgan believes in building strong relationships with her patients and takes the time to understand their unique needs and concerns. With her kind and thoughtful approach, she aims to make each visit a comfortable and positive experience.

Dr. Chad Klassen is a compassionate dentist with a career of service spanning both coasts of Canada. While at Dalhousie University, he studied dentistry and explored his passion for social justice through global health initiatives. Inspired to advance health equity, he started serving remote communities in Newfoundland and Labrador as a traveling dentist.

En route, Dr. Klassen discovered he had obstructive sleep apnea, which sparked a transformative journey into the interconnected realms of sleep, breathing, pain, posture, and orthodontics. Now, he focuses his practice on a holistic approach to craniofacial pain and sleep breathing disorders, utilizing advanced imaging, medical lasers, oral orthotics, orthodontic appliances, and collaborative partnerships with other health professionals.

Dr. Klassen’s commitment to identifying and addressing root causes sets him apart. He advocates for preventative measures for children and non-invasive conservative options for patients of all ages. With a deep connection to nature, food made with love, music to move to, and travelling beyond the known, he is well poised to illuminate your pathway to health.

Marnie graduated from SAIT as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1997. She joined the False Creek Dental Centre team in 2005. She loves working with her team and strives to bring compassion and reliability to every patient experience.

When she has time off, she has a passion for travelling!

Bailey completed her dental assistant certification in 2015 at Vancouver Island University and recently completed Cultural Anthropology BA from the University of British Columbia in 2023. She joined the False Creek Dental Centre team in 2020.

She cares about creating spaces of equity and promoting environments that help people feel physically and emotionally welcome. She has volunteered with local and global communities, including Vancouver, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea.

Bailey strives to advocate for her patients, providing education so patients can make informed oral health decisions. 

She loves wine tasting in her spare time!

Heather received her dental assistant certification from Vancouver Community College in 2016. She strives to help make her patients’ experiences positive. She especially appreciates every opportunity to help children and patients experiencing dental anxiety. Supporting her patients and alleviating their concerns is very rewarding. 

She likes staying active by camping, hiking, bike rides, and kayaking. She also appreciates downtime with baking, cooking, watching movies, and trying new restaurants.

Na has worked in the dental industry since 2006 after achieving a dental assistant certification from Douglas College. Na received additional training, completing an orthodontic course from the University of British Columbia and a prosthetic module from Columbia College. Na joined the team at False Creek Dental Centre in 2021.

Na wants to help patients feel comfortable and supported so they feel positive about their experience.

During free time, Na loves hiking, travelling, and exploring the city! Na is also a self-proclaimed foodie and enjoys baking, cooking, and trying new restaurants.

Maria joined the practice in 2022 after receiving her Bachelor of Dental Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of British Columbia. She gained experience from various placements, working with underprivileged groups and individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities.

Maria strives to create positive experiences for her patients, ensuring they feel heard and providing them with educational resources to empower their health decisions.

She likes travelling and sharing new experiences with family and friends. She also enjoys small concerts, long walks, hot yoga, and horseback riding in her downtime.

Brianna worked as a veterinary assistant for 7 years before joining the False Creek Dental Centre team in 2020. She approaches every patient experience with warmth and compassion, striving to get patients the care they need. She’s proud to work with a team that feels like family.

When she’s away from the practice, she enjoys hiking, travelling, and trying new restaurants!

Danielle Remoue is a Dental Office Administrator with over three years of experience in the dental industry. She holds a Capilano University Associates Degree in Psychology, obtained in 2013, and has continued her education at Simon Fraser University in the same field. Danielle is known for her warm, outgoing, and passionate personality. She is dedicated to helping patients by easing their fears and anxieties, as well as assisting them in understanding their dental treatment plans and insurance coverage. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her puppy Delilah, cooking, reading, and practicing yoga. Danielle’s strong background in psychology and her genuine care for patients make her an invaluable asset in the dental profession

Lauren is a compassionate and positive dental professional who has a Dental Hygiene diploma from the Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene.

Lauren finds immense fulfillment in connecting with individuals on a daily basis. Her passion lies in guiding and assisting people toward optimal oral health, ultimately helping each patient achieve a smile they can be proud to show off. Outside of her dental profession, Lauren’s interests and hobbies revolve around adventure. She enjoys activities such as hiking, attending live music events, and passionately supporting her beloved Canucks, demonstrating her vibrant and active personality in all aspects of her life.

Debra is an experienced and knowledgeable dental professional with a warm and kind personality. She has dedicated 40 years to the dental industry, making her a seasoned expert in her field. Debra’s educational journey includes a Certification in Dental Assisting from Red River College (Winnipeg 1987), a General Arts degree from the University of Manitoba (1993), and a Dental Hygiene diploma from Birmingham Dental Hospital in England (1994). During her career, Debra also gained valuable experience by working as a hygienist in a military clinic and hospital in Germany.

What Debra finds most fulfilling about her job is the opportunity to meet new people and educate them about their oral health. She takes pride in helping patients overcome anxiety through education and positive experiences. Outside of her dental profession, Debra enjoys various interests and hobbies. She is an avid traveler, loves shopping, and enjoys spending time with her grand dog, Piper. Debra also cherishes quality time with her adult children, Mac and Maggie.
